About Our Location
Ballahowin Courtyard is perfectly situated, whatever your holiday or business interests.
Located barely 10 minutes’ drive from Ronaldsway Airport in one direction (7 miles), and 10 minutes’ drive to the Island’s capital Douglas as well as the Sea Terminal in the other direction (4 miles). Choosing Ballahowin Courtyard as your location when visiting the Island will provide you with all the benefits of a peaceful and delightful rural area with all convenience of the capital just a short drive away – surely the best of both worlds.
Ballahowin Courtyard is approached from a quiet country road via a bridge which crosses the stream running through a wooded glen, up a new access road and into an ample car park.

If you happen to be using your phone, tablet or even want to print out a screenshot to follow from your computer here is how to get directions from the Google Map located above.
First click on the "Directions" option in the top right hand corner of the map if using a computer, then proceed to type in your current location or the airport/sea terminal and hit enter. For phone and tablets press "View larger map", this will redirect you to your browser, from here then press "Directions" and it will automatically calculate the fastest route based off your current location,
Directions from Airport
When leaving the airport, follow the signs to Douglas. At Ballasalla mini roundabout (Whitestone Public House) keep left and when you approach the next mini roundabout turn right. Continue on this road for approximately 4 miles (A26) this will take you to the small village of St. Marks. Take the turning on the right (after the church) to The Braaid. After two miles along this road is a turning on the right hand side into Ballahowin.
Directions from sea Terminal
Turn left as you exit The Sea Terminal and bear right round the roundabout, continue on this road for 1.5 miles (along Peel Road). You will pass McDonalds on your left as you approach a double roundabout, turn left at the round about and follow the signs to Castletown and the south for approximately 1.5 miles. You will then approach another roundabout (turn right). You will pass B&Q on the right, drive along this road for approximately 3 miles until you come to a roundabout at the Braaid, turn left and head for St. Marks along the A26 for one mile. Ballahowin is on your left.
